MEALS AND RESTAURANT

You can enjoy a home made dinner of delicious and wholesome dishes, freshly cooked for our guests. Our kitchen is alien to pre-cooked, canned and freeze-dried food, we pride in always providing top quality meals.

All our dishes are prepared using strictly fresh local ingredients, whenever possible from our own organic crops: chestnut flour, maize meal, and wheat flour, seasonal vegetables, typical local produce, such as meat, cured meats, ducks, poultry and rabbit from local breeding farms.

Dinner starts with appetizers and ends with desserts; only drinks are charged extra.

Catering service is able to reach clients all over Italy and abroad to organize exclusive buffet parties .

We like to think that our service is not merely a gastronomic parentheses but a truly “entertaining” experience.
The orchestration of timing, the choreography of the table and its colors are fundamental. Presentation plays an important role.

MENU 'AND BREAKFAST

1) Preparazione di un menù Toscano con:
- Aperitivo ( Vino bianco frizzantino )
- Antipasti Toscani ( Salumi e Formaggi)
- Due primi ( pasta corta e lunga )
- Un secondo ( Carne ai ferri o Pollo/Tacchino)
- Due contorni ( Patate, Insalata o Verdura cotta, Legumi )
- Vino produzione propria
- Acqua
- Caffè
- Dolce

2) Preparazione della prima colazione (8,00-10,00):
- Latte
- Caffè
- Orzo solubile
- Ciocciolato solubile
- Succhi di frutta ( due tipi )
- Briosche, Biscotti
- Fette biscottate
- Marmellate e Burro
